Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from aaruvita.in. Placing an order means you accept them, so please read them first.

Who you are buying from

Aaruvita Organic Blends 26, Shivan street, Usupur, East Coast Rd, Ammapet, Usuppur, Tamil Nadu 608401 WhatsApp +91 93426 89004 · aruvitamarketing@gmail.com

Orders and prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Freight is calculated at checkout on the real weight of your parcel and your delivery pincode, and is shown in full before you pay.

We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was wrong, or if we cannot deliver to your pincode. If that happens after you have paid, you get the whole amount back.

Payment

Orders are prepaid. Payment is taken through a secure payment gateway; we never see or store your card or UPI details. Nothing is dispatched until the payment has settled.

Food products

Everything we sell is food, or made to be used in a kitchen. Please read the label and the packing date on arrival, and store as directed — most of what we make is ground without preservatives and does not keep as long as a factory equivalent.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Our products are foods, not treatments, and nothing here is a claim to prevent, treat or cure any condition.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates. We dispatch within the time stated on our Shipping page and hand the parcel to a courier; from that point the delivery date is theirs. We will always help you chase it.

If something is wrong

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photograph, and we will replace or refund it. See the Cancellation and Refund page.

Our liability

If we get something wrong we will refund or replace what you bought. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Tamil Nadu.
