Returns policy

Most of what we sell is food, so returns work differently here than for a book or a shirt.

What can be returned

Unopened packets, in their original packaging, within 10 days of delivery.

What cannot

Food that has been opened. Once a seal is broken we cannot resell it, and we will not put it back on a shelf for somebody else.

Anything faulty

A damaged, leaking, short-weight or wrong item is not a return — it is our mistake. Send a photograph on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund it, with no return postage for you to pay.

How to return something

Message us first with your order number, so we know to expect it. Pack it well enough to survive the journey back, and send it to:

Return postage on a change of mind is yours to pay. Please send us the return tracking number so we can watch for it.

When you get your money

Within 5 to 7 working days of the parcel reaching us and being checked.
