Where we deliver

Anywhere in India. Enter your pincode at checkout — if we cannot deliver there, it will say so before you pay rather than after. We do not ship outside India at present.

What it costs

Freight is calculated on the real weight of your parcel and your delivery pincode, and is shown at checkout before you pay. It is not a flat fee and it is not guessed: heavier parcels cost more because they cost us more.

When it goes

Orders are dispatched within 10 days of the order being placed.

Sometimes an order goes out in more than one parcel, depending on what is in stock when we pack. If that happens you get a tracking number for each one, and you are never charged twice for freight.

How long it takes

Within Tamil Nadu, usually 2 to 4 days after dispatch. Elsewhere in India, usually 4 to 7 days.

These are the courier's timings rather than promises we can keep on their behalf. Festival weeks and weather move them.

Tracking

You get a tracking number on WhatsApp the day your parcel is handed over. You can also look up any order yourself from the Track link at the top of every page, using only the order number.

If it does not arrive

Message us with your order number. If a parcel is lost in transit we will replace it or refund it in full — that is ours to settle with the courier, not yours.

Stock

Occasionally something sells out between your order and our packing bench. If that happens we will message you and either hold the order, substitute with your agreement, or refund that item.
