Sprouted ragi flour, in a 250 g pack.
The ragi is sprouted before it is milled. That is the slower way to do it, and it is what gives the flour its darker colour and its flavour.
It goes into a smoothie, a cake or a traditional dish without changing the taste much, which makes it an easy substitution for part of the flour in something you already cook.
Nothing is added to it.
