SPROUTED RAGI CHOCO DRINK MIX

Sprouted ragi choco malt. The ragi is sprouted before it is milled — three days of soaking and germinating, which is what gives the flour its darker colour and its particular flavour. Made as a drink or as a porridge, it is a straightforward way to start the morning, and customers have found their own uses for it in baking and in milkshakes. How to use: mix two tablespoons into 200 ml of hot milk or water. It can be chilled in summer.
