Pundu milagu kozhambu

Pundu Milagu Kuzhambu is the signature of our recipes. We prepare it traditionally using 16 ingredients, with a good amount of pepper, garlic and sesame oil. It is made with milagu, cumin, pundu, salt, curry leaf, vellam, venthiyam, chilli powder, puli, and pure gingelly and groundnut oils. It is an old Tamil household recipe and still made the same way here — slowly, in small batches. How to use: knead a spoonful into hot cooked rice, or serve alongside idly.
