Organic Weight Loss Powder

This powder is prepared using 11 ingredients, all of them things already used in a Tamil kitchen: horse gram, coriander seeds, dried ginger, fennel seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, pepper, cumin seeds, flax seeds and fenugreek seeds. They are dry roasted and milled together in small batches. How to use: take one tablespoon of the powder, half a lemon and a pinch of salt, and mix into a glass of boiled water.
